Emilie discovered yoga in 2008 while travelling and has been practicing ever since. She became a yoga teacher in 2017 and co-founded Pilates Yoga Home with Jay in 2020.

 

She enjoys teaching a range of styles, including Restorative, Pilates Flow Slow Flow, and Mindful Yoga.

In her classes, she focuses on breath, balance, bodily sensations, and cultivating inner peace.
