Emilie discovered Yoga in 2008 while travelling and has been practicing ever since. She became a Yoga teacher in 2017 and co-founded Pilates Yoga Home with her husband Jay in 2020.

 

She enjoys teaching a range of styles, including Pilates Flow, Slow Flow, and Restorative Yoga.

In her classes, she focuses on breath, balance, bodily sensations, and cultivating inner peace.

She is also specialised in Kids Yoga and collaborates with several local schools and nurseries. She loves helping children develop their body awareness, balance, breath mindfulness and meditation skills, all while having lots of fun.
