Terms & Privacy

These terms apply to all classes, memberships, and services provided by Pilates Yoga Home. By booking or attending, you agree to the following.

 

1. Bookings & Payments

All classes and sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & Charges

Group Classes
Cancellations must be made via your account at least 5 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within 5 hours, and non-attendance, will be charged as follows:

• Single class bookings: full class price

• Monthly Pass holders: £10 fee

Outstanding fees must be paid promptly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate bookings or memberships where fees remain unpaid. No refunds will be issued for unused classes, time, or memberships.

 

3. Monthly Pass

The Monthly Pass is provided for personal use only.

• Limited to one class per day

• Non-transferable

• Excludes workshops and special events

An active PayPal billing agreement must be maintained. Cancellation of this agreement without notice constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Monthly Passes may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice via the contact page. Failure to provide the required notice may result in continued charges or suspension without refund.

We reserve the right to amend pricing or terms with reasonable notice.

 

4. Private Sessions

Private sessions are reserved exclusively for the client.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, will be charged in full.

 

5. Health & Liability

By attending classes or sessions, you confirm that:

• you are physically fit and able to participate

• you will inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or relevant changes

Participation is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilates Yoga Home and its teachers shall not be liable for:

• any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes or use of the studio

• any loss of personal belongings

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

 

6. Studio Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be given.

 

7. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

We collect only the information necessary to:

• manage bookings and payments

• communicate with you about your classes, membership, or relevant updates

Your data:

• is stored securely

• is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing

We may use third-party providers (e.g. payment processors, booking systems) where necessary to deliver our services.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply from the time of publication.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

10. Website Use

This website is provided for general information and booking purposes.

By using the site, you agree:

• not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation

• not to reproduce or use content (text, images, branding) without permission

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free.

We are not responsible for:

• temporary unavailability of the website

• technical issues beyond our control

Links to third-party services (such as booking or payment providers) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Pilates Yoga Home is a small, shared space. These terms support a fair and sustainable environment for both students and teachers.
