New Moon Soundbath with Catarina Sunday 23rd November | 15:00 - 16:30 The new moon represents the void, the well from where all creative ideas come from. We will dedicate this session to set intentions and plant seeds for future projects and dreams, whilst releasing stagnant energy that we no longer need. Sound will help you cleanse the energetic body, as well as balance and restore your nervous system. We will start with some gentle movement and breathing exercises to prepare the body to receive, followed by a 1h soundbath. Sacred instruments such as Gongs and Himalayan bowls will affect and change you on a cellular level and shamanic instruments such as drums and rattles will take you on a journey to connect you deeper with your body and heart. Allow the sound to take you somewhere far, bringing you deeper to yourself.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a group class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial, Drop in or 1 class pack price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes, workshops, events, retreats and courses are non transferable and non refundable. All workshops, events, corporate classes, retreats and courses may not be rescheduled. Private classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
