Restful Gratitude with Emilie Sunday 7th December 2025 | 16:00 - 18:00 You're invited to a reflective workshop designed to help you pause, rest, and prepare for 2026. Through nourishing restorative yoga postures, you'll have the space to connect with gratitude—whether by journaling your thoughts or simply sitting and pondering what you're thankful for. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you'll relax in a way that calms your nervous system and shifts from stress into deep relaxation. Benefits include: – Grounding – Stress relief – Less anxiety and fatigue – Better sleep – Reconnection with self and others – Nervous system health Bring your favorite journal and pen to capture your reflections. Open to all. Emilie discovered yoga in 2008 as she was travelling and has been practising ever since. She became a yoga teacher in 2017 and co-founded Pilates Yoga Home with Jay in 2020. She enjoys delivering a range of styles including Restorative, Slow Flow and Mindful Yoga. In her classes, she focuses on balance, breath and inner peace.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a group class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial, Drop in or 1 class pack price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes, workshops, events, retreats and courses are non transferable and non refundable. All workshops, events, corporate classes, retreats and courses may not be rescheduled. Private classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
