Summer Flow & Sound Bath with Mady Saturday 13th June | 16:00 - 18:00 This is the time for your body and spirit to be filled with the radiance and warmth of Summer’s embrace. Arrive to a warming cup of tea in a beautiful courtyard. Dissolve stagnant energy with a revitalising yoga flow, then soften into blissfully restful shapes. Melt into a yoga nidra and grounding sound bath, to nourish and rejuvenate every layer of your being. This ritual of rest will leave you feeling nourished, refreshed and connected.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a group class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial, Drop in or 1 class pack price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes, workshops, events, retreats and courses are non transferable and non refundable. All workshops, events, corporate classes, retreats and courses may not be rescheduled. Private classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
